1/4 cup pecan (or the nuts of your choice)
3 Tbsp. coconut oil (or the vegetable oil of your choice)
2 Tbsp. raisins (or the dry fruit of your choice)
3 Tbsp. canned coconut milk
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, mix LusOasis's Tomato & Basil Pancake, pecan and raisins together.
Add coconut milk and coconut oil to the mixture and knead into a dough.
Transfer the dough onto a parchment paper on the countertop. Flatten your dough into a 1/2 inch thick mound. Slice into 8 pieces using a knife.
Transfer the slices on the parchment paper to a baking sheet and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown and hard on the outside.
The combination of nuts, dry fruits and tomato & basil flavors is such a feast! Serving as is or with your favorite dipping sauce or a cup of hot coffee or tea!
